Our Introduction to Kiteboarding program is an aggressive, information
packed, one-day course that will prepare you to take on the challenges
of kiteboarding. It includes 4 hrs of land and shallow water based
private instruction that is paced and customized specifically for you.
This course also includes an independent practice session using our
trainer kite and harness so that you have an opportunity to hone your skills.

Are
you looking to make as much progress as quickly as possible? The goal
of our multi-day program is for you to aquire the skills you
will need to be able to buy your own gear and practice the sport of
kiteboarding safely and with confidence on your own.
Our PRIVATE INSTRUCTION is designed for those whom are uncompromising
when it comes to guided learning. With our IKO INSTRUCTORS you will learn advanced skills and efficient
technique from day one. From rigging to riding, you will learn the most
effective methods used by expert riders.
Your first day will be 4 hours of instruction on dryland and/or in the
water. Day 2 - 5 will be a 4 hr water session with land simulation to
introduce new skills. When you are ready to waterstart
and ride in deep water, this program includes use of a jet ski for on
the water coaching.
This
second class is designed to build on all the skills covered in the
intro adding in the board and working on getting your first rides. The
beginning of the lesson usually involves some practice getting the
board on while flying the kite, staying squared up to kite with board
on the feet. Next you'll be generating some power and popping out of
the water for the first time. This class includes a dedicated chase
boat/ jet ski with your instructor right there the WHOLE time.

first time to advanced students, we offer custom hourly instruction.
Your instructor will focus on any set of skills that you wish to
sharpen or develop, or let our certified instructors custom
design a lesson program just for you.
If you are not sure that you want to commit to an all-day multiday
program then custom hourly is for you, giving you the most options to
schedule around your specific needs.

2nd person 1/2 price. |  | Kiteboarding Lesson: Solo Downwinders - $69A
downwinder is a great way to work on transitions,
carving, s-turns, load and pop, toe-side, landing big air, and your
latest tricks. You can really go for it without having to worry about
the walk of shame or trying to stay upwind. An hour of downwind riding
often equates to 4-5 hours of riding if you're trying to stay up wind.
So go ahead and take it to the next level the efficient way. This is a launch assist followed by a ride home. We offer this
service when we are out teaching another person while you're doing the
downwinder. This service is available to self-sufficient riders only
and is not intended to be a supervised riding situation | |
